How does this policy work?
Our Manufacture department set’s a delivery time with a maximum of 10-45 days. If you can prove that you did not receive your order within the stated delivery time, you will get a full refund.
Why the long wait time for deliveries:
The answer is simple, we want to give our manufacturer enough time to get your desired product ready and have it packed and ready to ship smoothly.However not all merchandise take that long of processing time.We will impose a maximum of 7 day processing time.
Our warranty information:
We stand by all our products and their durability, so if a product is received that is damaged during delivery time, we either exchange or refund your money
Full refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
1) Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2) Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster). So please let us know, we also provide a weather update page for your convenience.

Refund or keep items, not as described
You can get a full refund if your item is significantly different from the seller’s description, or you can choose a partial refund and keep the product.

The manufacturer we collaborate with gives us a brief description return policy to resolve issues where the item is not as described. If your item is not as described, you should contact us to discuss a resolution. If you can accept the product and want to keep it, you should negotiate a partial refund or exchange. Otherwise, you will get a full refund as established by Our return policy.
We also offer additional guarantees for our merchandise.

*If you submit a refund request before the order is complete and then mark it as resolved, you cannot submit another refund request
